These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ace68 platform and all of its associated services. By accessing the ace68 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with these Terms. ace68 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the amended Terms.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use the ace68 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age (for those aged 21 and above only).
  • You must use the platform entirely of your own free will and independently.
  • You must not have any legal obligation that makes it impossible to comply with these Terms.
  • You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
  • You have not previously faced any account ban or restriction on ace68.

Account Registration & Management

Creating a valid account on ace68 is a prerequisite for using all services on the platform. During account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

2.1 Registration Rules

  1. Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
  2. The name, mobile number, and payment method details provided at the time of account creation must all belong to the same person.
  3. It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is not permitted.
  4. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the ace68 support team immediately.
  5. ace68 may request identity documents or other records at any time for account verification purposes.

2.2 Account Suspension & Closure

ace68 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of the Terms.
  • Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
  • Multiple accounts under the same person are identified.
  • Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
  • False or misleading information has been provided.

Financial Transactions & Payments

ace68 supports the most widely used digital payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

  • A minimum of ৳300 must be sent for each deposit.
  • The payment account used at the time of deposit must match the information used during account registration.
  • Making a deposit using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
  • The correct transaction reference must be stated when making a deposit.
  • For suspicious or failed transactions, ace68 may initiate a verification process.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

  • The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on the account.
  • To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met.
  • The withdrawal process may be delayed until ace68 verification is complete.
  • For bank transfers, withdrawals can be made to major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on ace68 are provided under specific conditions. It is important to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

For new members, ace68 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.
  • The bonus amount will not exceed ৳5,000 under any circumstances.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit). Example:

৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

  • Withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
  • The period for meeting the wagering requirement is counted from the date the bonus is credited.
  • ace68 may exclude certain games from counting toward the wagering requirement.
  • More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

  • Bonuses will be granted only to valid accounts and only once.
  • If bonus misuse or manipulation is proven, ace68 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
  • ace68 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
  • Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

The ace68 platform is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. In accordance with the fair play policy, the outcome of all games is entirely random.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace68 platform:

  • Colluding or coordinating with other players.
  • Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or errors.
  • Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
  • Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts.

5.2 Betting Limits & Policy

  • The final decision to accept or cancel any bet rests with ace68.

Bronze Tier

Up to 0.3% cashback per week. You can reach this tier through regular gaming activity.

Silver Tier

Up to 0.7% cashback per week. This tier is reached through more active participation after the Bronze tier.

Gold Tier

Up to 1.0% cashback per week. The highest benefits for ace68's most dedicated players.

6.1 VIP Cashback Conditions

  • Cashback will be automatically credited to eligible accounts each week.
  • The cashback amount will depend on the total net loss for that week.
  • ace68 reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tiers.
  • VIP benefits will be cancelled in cases of fraud or breach of terms.
